As part of our Digital Marketing Team, you will be essential to targeting and reaching large audiences, while leveraging our expert content and experience to provide real value to site visitors and partners alike. This team is responsible for building and executing strategies in all areas of the paid business. From sales strategies to ad spend and user experience, you will command the growth of an entire industry. In this role, will be responsible for the P&L associated with several verticals and participate in all aspects of owning a multi-million dollar business. From opportunity forecasting, to campaign launch and scaling, this position will touch on every level of the process of campaign growth. Our Media Buyers understand not only where and when to target users, but also what content to leverage and they envision and control the user experience throughout. You will continuously optimize every step of the funnel from ad click to LTV, leveraging data through the entire journey.

You will be responsible for managing Google Ads and Bing Ads search efforts at various stages of campaign lifecycle, as well as other channels like Social and Native. You will have the opportunity to manage massive campaigns for the nation’s best brands.

You will get exposure to campaigns across 80+ different industries and work to grow our partners’ businesses. We are a nimble team, with direct access to design, dev and custom CMS and analytics tools that allow insights and control over all aspects of the performance and analysis of paid media and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily campaign maintenance. Manage, review and optimize ad spend.
  • Guide Product team to building and improving landing pages and funnels.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, impression share, CPA goals, quality score, etc.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
  • Optimize ad copy and creative.
  • Analyze and formulate strategy.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting.
  • Tying together various attribution and payout structures within a vertical, in order to compare the performance of offers side-by-side.
  • Generating weekly and monthly client reporting on clicks, leads, keyword performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing agencies, affiliate platforms and advertising partners.
  • Among other responsibilities related to the position.

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
  • 3+ years experience in PPC through Google Ads.
  • 3+ years experience buying media through Social and Native channels.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing principles and ability to optimize the entire consumer journey.
  • Strong knowledge of SEM and online advertising.
  • Experience with website analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of conversion pixel tracking, event tracking, URL parameters for attribution.
  • Attention to detail/thoroughness.
  • Effective at multitasking and ability to prioritize projects.
  • Problem solver.
  • Team focused, collaborative.
